Do you offer customization options?

Yes, we offer customization options for all of our products. Contact us for more information.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy does NOT allow for customized items to be returned. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Shop is not responsible for ordering of the wrong size, we offer size charts for all items upon request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the item. Items made for memory pieces take around 1-2 weeks. Custom ordered fabric can take 2-3 weeks. (Premium fabric CAN take 2ish months at times, I try using non-premium to save time on items.

Rush is available on some items, contact us to let us know if rush is needed.
